What Is the Coffee Corridor?

The Coffee Corridor is SORA’s regenerative trade network for coffee. It connects producers in Mexico with buyers, roasters, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and community organizations in Michigan and beyond.

Instead of treating coffee as just a commodity, the Coffee Corridor treats every bag as part of a larger ecosystem: the farmer, the land, the culture, the buyer, the drinker, and the community that gathers around it.

This corridor is designed to make coffee trade more transparent, relational, and regenerative.
